Merit Badge Day - Volunteers and Donations

Posted on Mar 18 2017 - 8:54pm

Merit Badge Day is our biggest fundraiser of the year and all families are required to support this event.  If you cannot work a shift, you need to make a donation.  Please contact Joanne Griego or Tricia McNair for a donation sheet. If you have not signed up to work a shift yet, please do so soon.  Our biggest need is Classroom Aids.  It is a very easy job - just sit with the MB Counselor while he/she teaches their class and help them out as needed.  You don't need to be knowledgeable on the subject.  We must have 2 deep leadership in our classes, which is why this position is so important.  If you are able to be an Aid but you've signed up for a different shift, you can switch it on the sign up sheet. We are expecting our biggest turnout ever this year - at least 300 Scouts!  That is a major undertaking and cannot happen unless everyone does their part.  Thank you for supporting our Troop!
